Happy 1st Birthday Bode Bay!

Bode Bay is 1 year old today! Wow...just look at how much can change in a year! People would always tell me that when I had children, that my dog would actually become 'a dog'! I pampered Bayley and truly treated him like my first born child. Poor Bode has never had that luxury but we think he's got a pretty good life anyhow!

~he's a big boy...80 lbs

~hates large bodies of water

~constantly needs to be touched

~will grab your arm with his mouth and drag you over to his toys

~seems to have a hole in his bottom lip where his water leaks out of every single time he drinks

~loves to dig holes in our back yard

~LOVES to eat ice

~hates to have his toe nails clipped

~loves to lick your ears

~is scared of the dark

~drags his bed around the house

~is not a morning dog

~loves his sissy

This is the day we got him....I was telling him my secret...

...that he was going to be a Big brother.

You see...I took this test the morning we woke up to drive 5 hours to pick up our Bode! We found out we were having TWO babies on the same day!

He was a white fuzz ball!

He just loved this lobster that he got from auntie Jaclyn! Maybe that's why he wouldn't leave her alone when she was here for Maryn's baptism!

Checking out his cage for the first time...he's had three different sized cages in only a years time! He has never chewed anything he wasn't suppose to so he's pretty much had free range of the house since he was 4 months old!
