Miller is 3 & 4 weeks old!

At 3 weeks, we are still soaking in every newborn moment of her existence. Snuggles in bed, snuggles on the couch, snuggles ALL day long. She's getting herself on a nice little schedule and eats about every three hours during the day and gives us one 4 hr and one 5 hr stretch of sleep at night. We really like her. And I think she really likes us.

I don't have a sister. I've always wanted one. I was always envious of the sister relationships that my friends had. I am so happy for these two.

Maryn just can't get enough of her.

Maryn and Benham had their Christmas pageant and it was memorable!

Maryn was chosen to be Mary and she was so proud!

Three weeks of holding a newborn was the perfect practice for holding baby Jesus.

And while Maryn was on center stage, Ben was doing this! I was going through my pictures and found this gem. Benham is busy scratching his 'stuff' and his best friend is busy picking his nose. BOYS.

He was also busy watching his big sister.

He has the sweetest face. Such a happy joyful little man. He will always give you a kiss when you ask for one and tell you that he loves you. Sometimes I just have to squeeze him.

And we have cheeks!!

First nap in her crib.

4 weeks and Christmas

She loves to smile in her sleep but gave me her first purposeful smile this week! Those smiles make my entire day.

Santa Baby

There's that sweet smile again.

Our Elf, Jingle, left reindeer food on his last night. The kids made sure to sprinkle it with glitter so that it shimmered a path to our house on Christmas Eve.

Grandma eatin' her up.

They were giddy Christmas Eve. Twinkle in their eyes with such sweet anticipation.

Christmas morning waiting at the top of the stairs

It was a princess sort of Christmas

Mac frying up some Taylor Ham, a Cummings tradition.

Bode insists on being in the middle of the madness.

It was also a Jake and the Neverland Pirates sort of Christmas.

Their first picnic.

Merry Christmas!
May your New Year be filled with happiness, health and the love from even the smallest of creatures.
